Whitney: Whitney has been practicing and studying yoga for over 10 years. After spending time studying in India and completing the rigorous Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour teacher training program at YogaWorks in New York, Whitney decided to pursue the practice, study and teaching of yoga full-time. Since this life-changing decision, Whitney has been teaching group and private classes for people of all experience levels. Her passion lies in offering mindful and intelligent instruction to students so that they may reap the benefits that yoga continues to bring to her life. Through her conscientious focus on alignment and core work with the added elements of enthusiasm and humor, Whitney helps students integrate yoga into their lives. Whitney is available to teach private and group classes in New York City.
